Match Funding
65% of large companies have a match funding policy. Employers are willing to support their employees in their charitable work by matching pound – for – pound anything employees raise for beneficial causes within certain rules (e.g., only for registered charities, with supporting evidence, up to certain limits per event or per year).
St Mary’s Parents Association is a registered charity, and any work parents do to raise money for the school is eligible for fund matching. Parents can claim by checking with their company if they do match funding by speaking with their HR Department.
